Features
Thermostability alloy steel (310S/304) is used for component, which is working under high temperature, which enable the device to reliably work under high temperature and resistance to corrosion from acid and sulfur.
Adopting Jacob's ladder discharge principle and equipped with circular moving surface discharge electrodes, the electrode has a long lifespan, high energy discharge, and is resisting to pollution such as carbon and snow accumulation.
The electrical insulation components are made of quartz glass, a material which is burned to 1100 ℃ and put into cold water several times but there are no cracks and damages. It can work for a long time at a temperature of 1200 ℃.
The high-temperature area close to the torch burner uses fire-resistant wires to supply power to the igniter, which can withstand harsh working conditions such as high temperatures above 800 ℃ and fire rain that may occur in the upper part of the torch. It has strong resistance to wind and snow and is safe and reliable.
The ignition electrode is made of a special material (3YC52) which is resistant to high temperature and electrical corrosion. The cyclic surface discharge method enable it has high discharge energy, strong self-cleaning ability and there is no electrical corrosion phenomenon. The lifespan of the ignition electrode exceeds 200000 times.
Intelligent detection of gas flow, automatic ignition can be achieved when the ignition conditions are met, the device can be remotely controlled through APP and PC.
