  • In the development and production process of oil and gas fields, heat tracing and heating are required in many cases: to ensure fluidity of oil, gas, and moisture mixtures, to ensure the accuracy of measurement and prevent the blockage of drilling casing by organic matter. Due to the influence of environmental temperature and the form of oil, gas, and water (some oil may be heavy or even ultra heavy), various oil and gas fields currently mainly use methods such as water sleeve stove heating and electric tracing heating. Most of them have the disadvantages such as high energy consumption, low thermal efficiency, slow heating up, easy corrosion of heat transfer tubes, low service life, and safety hazards.

  • By utilizing the high heating efficiency and stable performance of new nano heating materials, intelligent electric heater heats the oil-water mixture directly, thereby achieving the expected effects of reducing viscosity, increasing crude oil flowability, and solving backpressure in well.
  • It can replace the heating by traditional water jacket furnace and heat tracing by pipeline tracing belt.

  • Newly developed corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials is used in heating element, which guarantees the long service life of heating element.
  • The control system adopts a high-precision digital temperature controller, relay to form an adjustable, measurable and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.

PIPELINE HEAT TRACING

  • By using intelligent heating/heat tracing pipelines, heat exchange can be directly carried out with the fluid inside the pipes, which effectively avoid the disadvantages such as long construction time, poor tracing effect, weak safety, short service life, and difficult maintenance caused by using traditional tracing belts.
  • This heat tracing pipe can be effectively used for heating/heat tracing various pipelines in oil and gas extraction, to ensure the temperature and fluidity of oil, gas and moisture mixtures.
