Differential pressure weighing measuring device

  • At present, mainstream methods used in multi-phase flow measurement are manual separation and measurement, gamma ray and mass flow meter, which have the disadvantage of measuring inaccuracy or accurate but with radiation hazard. Due to the difficulties in multi-phase flow measurement, defects in measurement, delivery, and health management of oil wells, resulting in slow progress in the construction of digital oil fields.

Skid-mounted Intelligent differential pressure weighing measuring device

  • The new differential pressure weighing measuring device consists of a skid-mounted intelligent differential pressure weighing measuring device and a new intelligent automatic well-selecting device. It can be used to separate the liquid and gas of crude oil, and to measure the separated liquid and gas.

  • The automatic well-selecting device is a special electric valve developed for controlling, measuring the gas and oil in single well, which is in response to the renovation needs of oilfield metering stations. It can replace the manifold and electric three-way valve group in old-fashioned metering stations.
  • Together with other devices of the system, one set of well-selecting device can be used in measuring of multiple single wells. Measuring station can automatically change the well or start measurement in remote mode or be locally operated.

  • The intelligent measuring device is consisting by group A group B measuring tank, three-way change valve, liquid level sensor, temperature sensor, solenoid cut-off device, differential pressure transmitter, vortex precession flowmeter, cloud computing control center.
